In "Heart Smart Eating," learn about 4 categories of nutrients - sodium, fat, added sugar, and fiber - and how each impacts heart health. Attendees will develop skills to support shopping and cooking heart-healthy meals.

In case of inclement weather, the class will be held on February 11.
